1. General

Roobet reserves the right to update this list from time to time without notice.

3. Use of Player Account

3.1 To access Services, you must create a Roobet account ("Your Account"). During registration you will provide a valid email address, choose a password, and provide truthful personal information including your full name and date of birth. Roobet may require additional information (for example, address, phone number, and payment details) and may request documentation to verify identity and age. Roobet reserves the right to suspend or close Your Account if the information provided is false or cannot be verified.

3.2 Each person may possess only one Roobet account. The sharing or transfer of Your Account, or any account ownership or benefits, to or by any other person is prohibited. Roobet may terminate all accounts found to be operated by a single person or to have been part of any collusive scheme, including freezing funds or confiscating balances.

3.3 If you have questions during registration or use of the Website, contact Roobet support at the registered support contact point. The Company shall respond in writing within a reasonable timeframe as defined by its internal policies.

3.4 Access to Your Account requires unique login credentials (username and password). You must not disclose login details to third parties. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted through Your Account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must immediately notify Roobet. The Company is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use unless Roobet failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting Your Account.

3.5 You acknowledge that any profits or bonuses earned during the period of a Duplicate or shared account may be reclaimed, frozen, or confiscated. The Website is intended for personal use only and not for commercial exploitation.

3.6 Roobet may contact you by telephone or other means as part of Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) procedures. Your account may be suspended or withdrawals delayed pending completion of verification. If the Company cannot contact you after reasonable attempts for a defined period (e.g., two weeks) to complete KYC, the withdrawal request may be canceled or your account may be locked until verification is achieved.

3.7 You may close Your Account at any time by submitting a formal closure request to Roobet Support. Closure is permitted only if there is no remaining balance and no pending withdrawal. If there is a positive balance or pending withdrawal, Roobet may void or withhold those funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

3.8 Upon successful verification, Roobet will remit any remaining balance to your verified payment method or bank account. Fees for standard payouts shall be borne by Roobet only where required by law or by a specific policy; otherwise, no processing fee will be charged for the final payout timed in accordance with Roobet’s internal procedures.

4. Intellectual Property and Software Rights

4.1 Roobet grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Roobet Software solely to participate in the Services for your own private and non‑commercial use. This license does not convey ownership of the Software or any related Intellectual Property rights.

4.2 All content presented on the Website, including software, games, graphics, text, images, and audiovisual material, is owned by Roobet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 5. Player’s Warranties and Representations

5.5 You confirm you are not an officer, director, employee, or immediate family member of Roobet, nor an affiliate or vendor that could create a conflict of interest. You have not previously had a Roobet account suspended or banned by Roobet or another operator for prior misconduct.

6. Placement of Bets / Wagers

6.1 Wagers may only be placed using funds that have been deposited into Your Account. Roobet reserves the right to set wagering limits and to limit or refuse any bet, including bets that exploit bonuses or promotions. All decisions related to bets, including acceptance or rejection, are final.

6.2 Roobet makes no warranties that games will be uninterrupted or error‑free. The results of games are determined by random processes or game rules as applicable and are subject to change without prior notice where allowed by law.

6.3 It is prohibited to employ any improper or fraudulent tactics to manipulate results or to circumvent security measures. Any violation may result in account suspension, confiscation of winnings, and legal action where permitted by law.

7.2 Upon termination, Roobet will settle any outstanding legitimate balances in accordance with these Terms and applicable law, subject to verification requirements.
