General framework

Roobet is incorporated under the laws of Curaçao. This Payments & Withdrawals Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions and governs all payment-related activities on Roobet, including deposits, withdrawals, and related verification requirements.

Deposits

  • Minimum and maximum amounts

    The minimum deposit amount is 20 USD or the equivalent in the User's account currency. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and jurisdiction; the exact figures are displayed in the Roobet cashier at the time of deposit.

  • Accepted methods

    Deposits may be made using eligible credit or debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies supported by Roobet. Availability of methods may differ by jurisdiction.

  • Processing and timing

    Deposits are credited to the Roobet balance promptly upon successful processing by the payment service provider. Crypto deposits may require network confirmations; fiat deposits are credited after processing and any applicable verification.

  • Source of funds and compliance

    Roobet may require verification of the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds and reserves the right to suspend deposits for compliance checks. It is unlawful to deposit funds derived from illicit activities. Funds must be deposited using the User's own payment methods and the name on the payment method must match the Roobet account.

  • Currency and conversion

    Deposited funds are converted into the Roobet account balance currency at the applicable rate published within the platform. Currency conversions may incur charges from the payment provider or processor.

Withdrawals

  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts

    The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 USD or the equivalent. Maximum withdrawal amounts vary per payment method and jurisdiction; the cashier displays the applicable limits. Monthly and daily caps may apply for particular methods or for non-jackpot winnings as published in the cashier.

  • Method eligibility and cross-method rules

    Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to method availability and regulatory constraints. Withdrawals of funds deposited via virtual currencies may be restricted to the corresponding crypto wallet; fiat withdrawals correspond to fiat methods.

  • KYC and verification

    Withdrawal requests require identity verification under Roobet's KYC procedures. Additional verification may be requested at any time, including prior to or during withdrawal processing.

  • Processing times

    Roobet aims to review withdrawal requests within 48 hours of submission. Approved withdrawals are dispatched through the chosen method as soon as processing is complete by the payment provider. Users may cancel a withdrawal request before finalization.

  • Play-through requirements and bonuses

    Withdrawals are subject to wagering requirements as stated in applicable bonus terms. Until such requirements are met, portions of the balance funded by bonuses may be restricted from withdrawal.

  • Fees

    Roobet may levy withdrawal processing fees or service charges for particular methods. Any applicable fees are disclosed in the cashier prior to confirming the withdrawal.

Verification, AML & Compliance

Roobet conducts ongoing anti-money-laundering and identity verification procedures. The Company may request documents (e.g., government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds information) at any stage. Access to features, including deposits and withdrawals, may be restricted pending satisfactory verification. Roobet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts and withhold funds if AML or fraud concerns arise.

Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks, refunds, and reversals are governed by Roobet's internal procedures. If a chargeback is initiated, Roobet reserves the right to block the User's account and to recover the funds. Refunds are processed by Roobet and not through the user's bank or card network, and Roobet will notify the User of the outcome within two business days. Refunds do not apply to services consumed during gameplay.

Fees, Taxes & Reporting

Users are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from winnings in their jurisdiction. Roobet will provide documentation as required by applicable law but bears no responsibility for reporting winnings to tax authorities beyond its legal obligations. Fees for deposits, withdrawals, or currency conversions are disclosed prior to processing and may be charged by payment providers or banks.

Privacy, Security & Data

All payment data is processed in accordance with Roobet's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Sensitive information is stored and transmitted using industry-standard security measures. Users must safeguard account credentials and promptly report any suspected compromise.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from payments, deposits, or withdrawals shall be resolved in the competent courts of Curaçao in accordance with applicable law.
