General Bonus T&cs

1. Scope and Application

These General Bonus Terms govern all Promotions and Bonuses offered by Roobet. If a promotion provides its own terms, those specific terms prevail in the event of an inconsistency with these general terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Integrity

  • Bonuses are issued to and may be claimed only by eligible Roobet players who are fully verified in accordance with Roobet's verification requirements.
  • Each of the following must be unique to a single participant and Roobet may restrict, suspend or terminate bonuses if there is evidence of shared accounts, multiple registrations, or any form of manipulation: person, home address, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or other identifiers relevant to account creation and fund entry.
  • Roobet reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel a bonus or winnings where there is suspicious activity, abuse of terms, or non compliance with these terms.

3. Activation, Allocation and Single Bonus Policy

  • Bonuses may be issued automatically or manually; if a bonus is not credited automatically, the player should contact Roobet support before placing bets.
  • Only one active bonus may be held at any time. Deposit bonuses cannot be pooled or stacked unless explicitly stated for a given promotion.
  • Bonuses are category specific; a Casino bonus is to be wagered on eligible casino games, while a Sports bonus is to be wagered on sports bets, and so forth unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
  • Bonuses are non transferable and non exchangeable. They apply solely to the account to which they were issued.

4. Wagering Requirements and Release Mechanics

The default wagering requirement is forty (40) times the amount of the bonus, unless a promotion states a different figure. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any funds derived from the promotion may be withdrawn as cash.

  • In the course of wagering with an active bonus, real money balances are exhausted first. Bonus funds are deducted only after the real balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake.
  • Winnings generated from play with an active bonus are treated as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as the bonus itself.
  • The percentage contribution to wagering requirements varies by game type. Slots contribute 100% toward progress, while most Table Games, Live Casino, Jackpots, and other specified categories contribute 0% unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
  • There are game exclusions and restrictions. Plays on ineligible games do not count toward wagering requirements and may forfeit associated winnings if attempted during an active bonus.
  • There is a maximum amount that can be released from a bonus into the Real Balance for withdrawal, typically up to ten times the initial bonus amount, unless a promotion states a different cap.

5. Free Spins and No Deposit Offers

Free spins and no deposit promotions are offered from time to time with terms that may differ from standard deposit bonuses. They are subject to wagering requirements and any cap on winnings, as specified per promotion.

  • Winnings from free spins are paid as bonus funds and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • Free spins promotions have their own expiration windows; failure to meet wagering or use within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and related winnings.

6. Expiry, Forfeiture and Auto Cancellation

Unless stated otherwise, Roobet bonuses have defined validity periods. If wagering requirements are not completed within the allotted time, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus may be forfeited. In addition, the promotion may be automatically canceled if the player balance falls to a nominal threshold as defined in the promotion terms.

7. Withdrawals and Forfeiture Rights

  • Withdrawals before meeting wagering requirements are permitted only with the consequence that the bonus and all related winnings are forfeited.
  • When a bonus is active, withdrawals may be limited to the player’s Real Balance; withdrawals of funds derived from the bonus are not permitted until wagering obligations are fulfilled.

8. Bet Limits and Responsible Conduct

  • The maximum bet permitted while a Bonus is active is the equivalent of a small fixed amount per spin or bet as specified in the promotion terms (for example a capped amount per bet in local currency).
  • Roobet reserves the right to void bets that exceed the allowed maximum or that would breach wagering requirements through irregular play. Abnormal or minimal risk betting patterns may lead to forfeiture of the bonus and winnings.

9. Territory and Compliance

Some jurisdictions are restricted from receiving bonuses or certain promotions. Roobet may restrict participation in promotions based on location, regulatory status or other compliance considerations. It is the player's responsibility to ensure eligibility under applicable law and Roobet policy.

10. Change Management and Promotions Revision

Roobet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus, promotion or related terms at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of accepting a promotion apply to that promotion, subject to any lawful changes.

11. Governing Law, Disputes and General Inquiries

All bonus terms are governed by Roobet policy and applicable law. For questions or disputes regarding bonuses, players should contact Roobet support. Roobet will endeavor to resolve issues in a timely and fair manner in accordance with its policies.

12. Acknowledgement

By participating in any Roobet promotion or bonus, the player acknowledges and agrees to these General Bonus Terms and the specific terms of the applicable promotion. Wagering must be conducted with cash balances before bonus balances may be used for wagering, where applicable.
